Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Staff was friendly but not over the top amazing like we have had in other resorts. Food was good but not amazing as before. Was not willing to upgrade anything for us even at times when we were willing to pay for upgrades. Our kids had never been to Mexico and thought it was great. We will not stay here again when we come as a couple.
