Family Stay

We came to town for a funeral and this house worked out perfectly allowing us to stay close to family and the funeral home. It was recently remodeled and very charming with super high ceilings and plenty of access to the outdoor sitting areas.

My biggest problem was , they had no wifi and none of the tv worked . The kitchen sink had no hot water . If you want to cook anything you had better bring your own stuff . The floors in the house needs to be cleaned. If these things were corrected , I would stay there again .

All she had to do is call us and let us know and we would have fixed the problem immediately. No one told us there was a problem throughout the stay. When we left the house the Internet/tvs were working. Sometimes with technology, it has to be reset. We just reset the internet box and everything works now (including the TVs) We can’t find a problem with the kitchen sink, the hot water just has to run for a little while to warm up because the hot water heater is located a little further down in the house. We have a full set of pots and pans in the cabinets. We had the cleaning service clean the house before every check-in. I stopped in to check on something and did not notice a dirty floor. But we will double-check this next time the house is cleaned. Any problems could have been fixed quickly by a simple phone call or text message through VRBO
