6 nights left for booking for the 2023 Track Season!Conveniently located on one of Saratoga's most well-known streets, this charming ranch is close to it all! An early morning walk will likely take you past the Oklahoma Track where the horses complete their morning work outs. Some of the stables are within a block of this property, close enough that we can hear the horses whinny from the pool! If you're coming to catch the horses, this home is in an ideal location.

Our lot is located on a quiet end of Caroline Street and has a great front yard with a very private back yard. The entire back yard is fenced, making it ideal for children or any pets you may wish us to consider. And while a pool makes it a vacation, a heated pool makes it a happy one!

We choose to rent for only a select number of dates each track season, which means we almost never turn the house over in the same day. For you, that means that the house is given extra special care and exceptional cleaning before your arrival. Don't delay though...this is a gem of a property for your track stay, and we are only able to accommodate a few visitors each season!

Saratoga getaway

Nice house is an excellent quiet location. Great pool, reasonable walking distance to the track and easy to get parking closer than halfway if walking a mile or so is not your thing. Easy communication with Ralph. Simple process. Overall very nice

We are a small family of three with two pups, and we've recently made the move into the city of Saratoga Springs. We moved a whole 12 minutes and 1 exit North from nearby Malta, NY where we also rented our home each summer. The move to Saratoga took us a bit by surprise as we had planned to build again in Malta. After a holiday party at a friend's house, we wondered why we had never moved into Saratoga since we were already here many days of the week!

Why they chose this property

We looked around the city of Saratoga quite a bit, but nothing had the proximity to the Northway we demand. Caroline Street was never on our radar until...it was. We feel so blessed to have found this property, and our friends and family never cease to compliment its location and our luck for getting to live here. In the winter, we were mostly impressed with the proximity to our favorite grocery store. For Easter shopping, it was no big deal to go to Target 4 times in one day. But now that summer is here, we're blessed to walk Fifth Avenue and hear the horses running their morning workouts and crossing Caroline Street to get back to the barn. We're blessed by the privacy of our yard and the pool heater we've newly installed! We were planning to build new again, but this sweet ranch on Caroline is far better than we imagined!
