The Perfect Location!

This home sits exactly three blocks from the Historic Saratoga Spa race track and four blocks from the downtown shopping and restaurant area. We are in close walking distance to the track, downtown and the Fasig Tipton barns. It has central air-conditioning and an in ground heated pool. The home sits on a quiet side street in the heart of the Saratoga Historic District. The house comes with a newly remodeled kitchen with new appliances and a washer and dryer. Three bedrooms have new mattress’s and fourth bedroom has a mattress only 2 years old. Off street parking for two cars is available.

We had the best time at this home. Perfect location, very clean, absolutely beautiful back yard space and pool. Walking distance to the track, to downtown and many restaurants. Tim was the perfect host responding immediately to my texts and questions. Would love to stay here again

Wonderful stay!

The location is perfect - close to town and the racetrack. Outdoor spaces are great! We spent most of our evenings and mornings in the backyard by the pool.

Great location in a beautiful home

Check in was very smooth. Tim was an excellent host. The home was immaculate and had all you could need to cook at home if you so wish. Close to track. Close to town. It was perfect for our family. I already miss the pool. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

Gorgeous house, very clean and right in the middle of all the attractions. We just loved it!

We had a great experince, the house was beautiful and clean. We had tons of fun in the back yard, from the pool, to the grill.. this house has it all, and you still feel like you are home.

Fantastic stay

We were in Saratoga for a wedding during Belmont. Tim was friendly and communicative from the start. He was flexible with check in and made sure we had everything we needed, The house is beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool. It’s close to downtown but on a quiet side street with little through traffic. There are a lot of great reviews about Tim and this property, they are all true! Highly recommend!

Weekend Getaway

This was a great house for our multi-generation family of 8. The track and the beautiful town of Saratoga Springs are in walking distance. The home has a beautiful backyard with a huge pool and plenty of outdoor seating. The house is well stocked and is very well kept. Tim was a great host!

Fantastic Oasis

Our stay at Talford place was nothing less than amazing. The backyard is even better than the pictures, the heated pool is ideal and the perfect respite, the Adirondack chairs in the back yard on super comfortable, the grill and fenced in yard. The house is well appointed and very quiet. The location is perfect, close to the racetrack and Broadway. We loved sitting on the front porch as well. I would absolutely return again...enjoy your time in this great home.

BOOK THIS HOUSE!

I stayed here for a weekend with girlfriends. We’ve been coming up here for years to the Lake but never explored Saratoga very much. This house is the perfect home base, with super nicely sized living and family rooms, perfect bedroom sizes, gorg bathrooms, and the most amazing pool and backyard! We walked to all restaurants and the main drag in a few minutes. Tim was super helpful and the house was just perfect. Thank you!!

Talford the Terrific!!

Such a perfect location and set up - we had 3 couples and were so very comfortable. The location is amazing - walk to track AND walk downtown - couldn't be better. Tim was very easy to work with - very flexible, responsive and welcoming! The house was clean and very comfortable - with everything you could possibly need for amenities. We will definitely be back again next year and THIS time will be cashing tickets :) Thanks for a most enjoyable trip to Saratoga!!

Great place, great time, great host

Great location within walking distance to track and downtown. Nice amenities, beds were comfortable, house was clean, and everything worked. Plenty of towels, sheets, etc. Backyard pool area is nicer than pictured. During the midweek portion of stay we seemed to be the only people on the block. Most stocked pantry of any vacation home I have ever stayed in. We had a car issue and, when informed, Tim jumped in to help find a repair shop. Highly recommend.

This House is PERFECTION!!

We spent a long weekend with friends (& our pup) to spend time downtown and to visit the racetrack. This house could not have been more perfect!! The location is within walking distance to everything including resutrants, shopping, nightlife and the horse racing - no ubers needed which made it easy for the group of us 8. The house itself was extremely clean (probably the cleaniest rental i've ever stayed in), comfortably fit all of us and the backyard with the pool was a game changer with the hot weather. Tim was great and super accommodating. This rental is an absolute must!!

'Toga Tranquility

We just returned from 2 weeks at Tim’s property and we cannot say enough about what a wonderful time we had. The location on a quiet side street is ideal - walkable to the track and town for so many excellent restaurants and shops, and only a quick ride to Saratoga State Park for numerous walking and biking trails (and golf, too). The inside of the house is perfect, providing everything you could possibly need for your stay. The cozy front porch was a great place for reading and relaxing with a cup of tea, but the real winner was the back yard and pool area which provided hours of enjoyment for our family. Tim was a pleasure to work with and checked in with us more than once to be sure we didn’t need anything. We highly recommend this property and hope to return again next year!

Wow! The best week I have had in Saratoga.

This is our tenth year coming to Saratoga for the races and by far the best place we have stayed in. Tim was great from start to finish. He contacted us prior to arrival to ask if we had "any special requests". I have never had an owner do that before. He greeted us and provided information about the house and town. He checked in to make sure all was well. The house is wonderful. It was immaculate when we arrived with everything we needed including some lovely Saratoga water. The rooms were comfortable and well stocked. They leave many little things that made a difference from coffee to laundry detergent. The best part was the pool yard. We spent most of our time outside in the sun by the pool. Great layout and furniture. It is like your own private oasis. Definately returning next year and years to come!

The property was beautiful, well maintained and cozy. It even had incidentals in the bathroom and the everything provided (towels, etc) were fresh and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean as well. The pool area was wonderful and inviting. The host was accessible and attentive and actually came to clean up the yard after a heavy rain storm. My friends and I had a wonderful, comfortable stay. We enjoyed the property and all that Saratoga has to offer!
