Whether you choose to fill your day just soaking the expansive ocean view from the private lanai or sunbathing, swimming or beachcombing on the expansive white sand beach surrounding the bay, Wailua Bay View is just a short stroll to to the Coconut Market Place to take in a free hula show, farmers market and other nearby shops and restaurants. Sink your toes into the sand and listen to live music at the Lava Lava Beach Club while sipping on a tropical Mai Tai on the nearby Lae Nani beach.
Take in nearby activities like the fern grotto boat tour or kayaking on the Wailua River, or exploring the historic sites in this important “wahi pana” (a culturally significant and special place) at Wailua State Park. Free parking for guests, you must register at the front lobby. Gated pool area with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and BBQ area.

Kauai Seaside Properties is located in the heart of Kapaa town. Drop by or office anytime if you would like to say Hello or if you are experiencing a problem or maybe looking to purchase your perfect get away. We are also available through the Airbnb app 24/7. Our Island contact Marvis, frequently walks the grounds of Wailua Bay View during daytime hours. If you see a tall, smiling woman with shoulder-length hair, that`s Marvis and nothing makes her day more then a friendly chat with our guest.

This unit is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, beaches, and a grocery store.

We recommend you park in the Wailua Bay View parking lot and walk to shops and restaurants.

Upon checking in, stop at the front lobby to register you and your vehicle for security reasons. If no one is in the office upon arrival, fill out the provided card and drop it in the drop box. The Wailua Bay View office staff will drop your parking card off at your unit.
Please leave your shoes at the front door. We do not allow footwear in the unit unless they are house slippers.
