The full kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances and everything needed for simple meals. A breakfast nook provides a sunny spot for morning coffee, while a spacious indoor dining area lets you gather around the table for shared meals.



Community Amenities

Located in the beautiful Regal Palms community, you have access to a resort‑style amenity center. Dive into the pool with a slide, float along the lazy river, or let the kids explore the indoor playground. Keep up with workouts in the gym, enjoy a bite at the on‑site restaurant and bar, or treat yourself to a scoop from the ice‑cream shop.



Location & Access

A short drive brings you to Disney World and other major attractions. The townhome sits just off I‑4 and I‑192 in Davenport, and the Orlando Airport is about 40 minutes away, making arrivals and departures hassle‑free.



Important Details

A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, covers up to 10 wrist bands for the community amenities. The fee applies whether the amenities are used or not, and the resort will provide a maximum of 10 wrist bands at guest services. Free washer and dryer are available for your convenience.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities.

This Orlando Florida Community is the perfect environment for guests looking for Orlando vacations with a home away from home feel, combining a wide array of activities and relaxing amenities. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
