Unwind at Wells Beach at this fabulous house. With 3 bedrooms including 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 1 twin bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The property offers heating, Wi-Fi, AC, washing machine and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, porches and a balcony. The serene atmosphere and cozy bedrooms make it the perfect retreat for a tranquil getaway. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place with views of Wells Harbor and the marsh. Experience some of the best sunrises! Two of the bedrooms feature queen and double beds with an ensuite bathrooms. Third bedroom is semi-private with a twin bed, located on first floor near the half bath. Perfect set up for family and grandparents as each suite offers the ultimate in privacy. Located a less than one mile from Wells Beach, a 2-minute car ride or a 15-minute walk. Parking for at least 2 cars.
