This comfortable home is in an award winning active adult community with many opportunities to enjoy golf, aquatics, tennis, bocce, other indoor and outdoor activities, and dining. There is a dog park, as well. One may easily walk or drive to a shopping center, pools, clubhouse and fitness center. Southern Arizona itself offers a wide variety of outdoor activities such as cycling and hiking in everything from desert to mountains, as well as cultural activities such as symphony, museums, education, and viewing spectacular scenery.

Enjoy morning coffee on the mountain view front patio and privacy on the back patio while viewing occasional wildlife passing by. The home has premium satellite TV, wi-fi, grill, inviting living and dining areas, separate toilet rooms, jetted tub and showers, walk-in closet, sitting area in large master bedroom ( king size bed which can be separated into two twin beds), queen bed in guest room, and granite counters in the well-stocked kitchen.

It was a wonderful house and very conveniently located to all the activities. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the patio. The trees block the sun and were dropping debris which covered the table, chairs, and the patio itself.

Saddlebrooke

We had a great time. Knew a few people down there and played golf every other day. Very nice neighbors, people were very nice .The backyard was very impressive, a lot of wild life roam the area. The house was great and we had a lovely time.

Our stay at the Saddlebrooke

We had a fantastic stay at this 55+ retirement property. The house was very clean and well stocked, including staples and even bike w/ helmets! It was like someone lived here! The neighbors were friendly and we loved our morning walks throughout the community. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We had easy access to the pools which we enjoyed. It is a great location and the service was outstanding. Would definitely recommend this property as a comfortable place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everett had everything that we needed at the house. Communication was excellent, we played a lot of golf at the 3-9 hole courses. Bought monthly passes. Pool area is great as well, water heated to 89 degrees, awesome. Thanks to Everett for everything. Would definitely rent his home again.

Nice Home that allowed us to bring our dog

We stayed a month at this property. Everett was very helpful and gave us lots of information. The house we built in the 1990's and does not look like it has been updated but it worked out fine for us. We were close to the Rec Center and I was able to use the pool, spa and take some classes. I joined a nice group of ladies at the golf course and played a couple times a week.

Saddlebrooke Lodging with Pet

We rented this house while waiting for our new home in Saddlebrooke to be completed. The lodging was as described in a very convenient location and accepted our dog. The kitchen, spare bedroom and patio needed extensive cleaning by myself and my husband before we could fully utilize the lodging. This was communicated to the owners who may not have been aware of the poor condition of the place. Overall, a pleasant stay and would recommend if the owners follow up on a more complete cleaning.

Lovely Home....however

What a lovely home. Certainly large enough for 4+ people. However we were disappointed on the cleanliness and lack of supplies. After a thorough cleaning by us and restocking of paper goods we totally enjoyed the home and surrounding community. Truly a lovely area and home. After talking to the owner, he seemed genuinely concerned about this, and did reimburse us for the restocking of supplies. We do feel however that we should not have had to pay our cleaning fee since we did all the cleaning and left it cleaner than when we arrived. It definitely has that homey feeling. Someday we're hoping we can return for another visit.

Comfortable home

Nice home and location. The owners were super to work with and I have already recommended this place to someone. The back patio overlooks the desert where we saw several deer and lots of quail and roadrunners. The front patio and living room have a great mountain view.

What not to like

The house is very nice and well furnished. Location is great for access to the golf,tennis,swimming and main club house. Very quiet and peaceful and very nice people to deal with.Hope to be back some day.
