Welcome to the cozy condo! This 1 bedroom 1 bath rental offers everything you could dream of and more. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Located just 300 yards from Turtle Beach, this beautiful oasis offers a private community pool and 8 private docks to enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking or watch our local manatees. Restaurants and bars are just a short walk away and the free trolley is available at Turtle Beach Pavilion every 15 minutes. Enjoy the ride and explore this beautiful area.

Fully Furnished, 1 Bedroom Gulf Side Condo on South Siesta Key, walking distance to Turtle Beach. Very small 8 unit, private condo association!

This unit is one of eight in the complex, located steps away from the water, King bed in master bedroom and Queen sofa bed pull out in living room. ( sleeps 4). Large porch and private sundeck with great westerly views to enjoy those million dollar sunsets.

Turtle Beach is within walking distance (5 minutes) just behind boat launch.

Laundry room is available on site (coin-operated).

Walk to restaurants including Ophelia's, Turtles, and The Turtle Beach Bar & Grill. Siesta Key Trolley is accessible just north of the property, less than a 5 minute walk.

Located 80 yards south of the Siesta Breeze free trolley terminal at Turtle Beach.

Lovely little condo on Siesta Key. Perfect for a couple. We were able to use the dock for our boat. Well appointed kitchen, very comfortable bed, great communication. With the owner, very clean. Terrific location. We would definitely return.

Amazing getaway! The location by the water was perfect for relaxing by boat. Cozy and well-equipped, we loved every moment. Highly recommend for a peaceful, scenic retreat.

I rate this rental and host five stars everything is clean, orderly, everything that you could ever wish to have on turtle Beach. We brought our boat and our granddaughter and enjoyed the water every day. The pool was very clean. Everything is in remarkable good condition, considering the recent hurricane. A large TV in both rooms, fire display on the patio and barbecue pit. The docs are safe and sturdy. There are freshwater hoses nearby for cleanup. I will definitely be back again.
