• This resort is a mixed-use facility. The resort share's common areas, gym, and garage are not managed by Travel + Leisure Co., so your experience may vary between areas of the resort.

• Standard 2-bedroom lock-offs may have a view of the ocean. The 2-bedroom deluxe lock-offs have street and intercostal views. Views are not guaranteed.

• The lazy river and waterslide, located in the south tower, are not managed by Wyndham Ocean Walk and may be subjected to unexpected closures. For questions and concerns, please contact the resort.

• You have full access to all resort amenities for the duration of your stay, including on your arrival and departure day.

• We will always place you in the best suite available, however we cannot guarantee a specific location in the resort.

• Your suite may be a mobility accessible unit.
