Spacious New Townhouse - 10 mins from PSU
10 minutes from Beaver Stadium and PSU, this townhouse is the perfect place for visiting State College for the weekend. Whether you are visiting for a football game, graduation, or Happy Volley, we'd love to make you feel right at home.
Our family loves family time, so we've left the main floor very open for entertaining. There is plenty of space in the kitchen to have large dinners or seating in the living room to watch the game on the TV. You'll have access to all the appliances in the kitchen (including slow cooker, ninja blender, coffee pot, kettle, standard pots, pans, & utensils, etc) and a shelf in the fridge/freezer. The tea and coffee bar are always waiting every traveler upon arrival.
Just a few houses down is a park with a basketball court, large grassy area, and jungle gym for the kids. The neighborhood has sidewalks perfect for a jog or stroll.
Beautiful downtown historic Bellefonte is only one mile away. Go for a walk through Talleyrand Park or explore the old time antique shops and storefronts.
There's a Sheetz gas station only a block away from the entrance to the neighborhood.
