Guest has access to the full home except the locked closet. Guest will also have access to use the garage during stay but the remote MUST BE returned at end of stay to avoid $150 fine

We are close by and available as needed. For our longer stays, we do come and change filters and do the required safety checks for the home as required by the county.

Please read house rules. We send a full guest agreement 3 days prior to stay which will require items to be a good guest as required by responsible guest like at a hotel. List of guest names, no parties, full trash and damage clean up and responsibility, full trash and food removal, quiet hour agreement and pet control.
Guest agreement will be sent over the week before stay. Guest must follow all rules including pets, noise, occupancy, trash and damage policies.

Longer term stays must agree to scheduled safety checks required by city regulations.

1 dog is allowed with approval that the guest agrees 100% the guest is solely responsible for damage, cleanup and behavior.

Occupancy in the home is to always be under 6.
4 cars max
Trash must be fully bagged and taken to the curb on the scheduled shared.
Damage and extra cleaning charges and fines will be agreed to for damage and all extra charges.
