Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
At checkout strip bed linens EXCEPT mattress protectors & place sheets in the linen bag provided. Place outside door for pick up. Cleaning staff will remove mattress protectors and replace them.
Please place all used towels in the laundry room in front of the washer and dryer.
Please remove all trash from kitchen and bathrooms as place trash in rubbish chutes located outside front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
