With amenities like a fully stocked kitchen, and all the comforts of home. Guests can enjoy dining out in nearby foodie locations or preparing their meals at the house. The 2 bathrooms feature showers, body and hair products, fluffy towels and hair dryers for added convenience.

We are conveniently located in the Walnut Hills neighborhood. Easy access to major highways, interstates and parks. We are 1 mile from the University of Dayton campus (home of the NCAA First Four), famous foodie Oregon District, Miami Valley Hospital, close to Wright-Patterson Airforce Base. We can host up to 11 people in these 6 beds, 2 full bath, cozy and charming home. Perfect for weekend reunions, family gatherings and flyer events.

Weekend Getaway

This was a nice and peaceful place to stay with my family. We had our choices of bed sizes and room to spread out to watch TV, read, talk, and/or eat. Pattie, our host, was always quick to reply and helpful. She was thoughtful with all the amenities in all areas of the house. (The candy was a "sweet" surprise!)

We were in town for our son’s wedding. Our other son drove from Florida, and the rest of us flew in from various locations. Florida got there before us and was able to access the house and rest after the long drive. There were 6 people total and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to prepare meals and eat together. The beds are very comfortable and everything was very clean. We were very happy with this rental, every detail was thought of and we were able to enjoy our time together celebrating.

The location of the Carly House is perfect for those who need quick access to interstate, who are wanting to be close to the downtown life, University of Dayton, unique shops and restaurants. It is a quiet family neighborhood with historical homes.

What makes this property unique

This is my first home, and I am excited to share my creature comforts with travel guests. I hope that you will enjoy all the comforts of home in the Carly House!
