Experience Brant like a local in this 4-bedroom house. This lovely property features 3 queen beds and 2 Single beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine, kitchen, living room, dining, laundry, guests can relax and unwind during their stay. The 3 full bathrooms come equipped with a hairdryer and a bathtub for added convenience. We hope you enjoy what our place and Brant has to offer. The basement with separate entrance is rented but doesn’t in any way breach your privacy. Tesla EV Charger 48 Amps. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. You have main and first floor at your disposal with complete privacy. The house is ideally located minutes away from hwy 403 and places you intend to visit. We have made every effort to make you comfortable in our cozy and peaceful home. If you are travelling in an Tesla car we have 48amps charger billed actual usage + $10.

No outdoor shoes inside on the carpets please. Violation you will be charged separate carpet steam cleaning fee of $500.
Please run white towels in the washer prior to leave with normal steam mode.
All dishes wiped clean and run in the dishwasher please.
Tidy up the property and leave the garbage out in the garage.
