Great location, AMAZING view , very clean house , lots of on site items available for usage if you didn't bring or forgot them (cooking utensils, laundry, extension cords, etc.), rooms were VERY spacious! SUPER close to a lot of local places ... we visited like Great Wolf Lodge , Cherry Republic (cherry store), grocery stores and fast food spots! We are definitely going to look into coming back for a Summer visit!

The host is super responsive and the house is very comfortable. Outdoor temps were -20 but we were very warm and comfortable in the house! It was well stocked with the simple things that a lot of vrbos don’t do…like toilet paper and dish soap and other cleaning products. The hot tub is perfectly positioned to enjoy the gorgeous view. It was perfect for those cold winter nights!

The home and location were wonderful. The backyard faced east, looking across grand traverse bay, so we watched a beautiful sunrise every morning. We were located just north of the city, so did not have to deal with the traffic every day. Would definitely recommend!!!

Over all the house was great, beach and deck view stunning. Our family had a great time biking, kayaking, breweries, wineries and shopping.Just dissapointed with the dirty hot tub and bathrooms, and house in general was not very clean.

The view and being right on the water absolutely made the trip. We paid a premium for this location, and when you're paying that much, you expect the property itself to meet a higher standard.Unfortunately, the condition of the home was disappointing. The furniture looked like it had been picked up from the side of the road and was in poor condition. The beds were comfortable, which was a plus, but there were no gas/propane tanks for the grill. The grill itself was filthy, and we spent nearly an hour cleaning it before we could use it.The upstairs bathroom smelled like vomit, and we were greeted by the cleaning crew when we arrived for check-in, which didn't inspire much confidence that the home was ready. Everyone kept their shoes on inside because the house just didn't feel clean. Several lamps and switches also didn't work. There was also only one room with a king bed and only 3 chairs around the kitchen table so if you have a large group, seating options aren’t optimal. Overall, the property felt like a quick-turnover vacation rental with very little attention to maintenance or guest experience. If you're looking for a place that's comfortable both inside and out, with a beautiful view to match, this isn't it. The waterfront location was the only highlight.

Great property for exactly what we needed this weekend. Beds and bedding were comfortable and showers were great. Kitchen was easy and stocked. Fireplace and fire pit were lovely. Hot tub was glorious. With a little more attention to detail, it would be 100 percent.
