Working with the owners was incredibly easy. The check in and check out process is very smooth as well. It was very convenient for our family stay to visit other family nearby. It was a peaceful place that we enjoyed
The home was nice. Take your own pillows and extra towels if you think they will be needed. There were only decorative pillows on the beds and the exact number of towels and washcloths for our number of guests. Hostess was very kind and communicated quickly and effectively.
PRO’s: House is in a quiet area. Close to Bragg, shopping, etc. Host was nice & responsive. The place was fairly clean. CONs: The living room furniture, though likely comfortable for her relatives who occasionally live there, seems sparse and inappropriate for a guest experience. Also, kitchen furniture and living area carpet need an update for sure. I also had to insist on thermostat control, as the host controls it remotely to ‘prevent complications with freezing up if set too low’. First time ever having to go through that and have been going to vrbo’s for years.
The house itself was very spacious plenty of room for us 3 adults to have our own space. The location was great for us as we were visiting family about 2.5 miles away, but also food and groceries were within 5-10 min drive and there was a variety of food options. Check in and out was easy. I’ve stayed at places with a long list for checkout. This was simple and reasonable. We visit this family about once a year and have already talked about booking here again.
Our family very much enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and down the street from a grocery store. The house was also very clean and there was ample storage for our items. The only downside was my children were bummed that the backyard was not mowed and the play structure had wasps so couldn’t be used. The screened in porch was also not sprayed off and there were no couch cushions so wasn’t really usable. But the interior of the home was lovely.
The home is clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a modern kitchen. Check in was easy and the owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
Visited our son at Ft. Bragg for the weekend and this house fit the bill perfectly. Clean, comfortable and nicely equipped. Really pretty home in fantastic shape!
We really enjoyed our stay. We didn't spend much time there as we were busy visiting with family, but the time there was relaxing. We enjoyed the comfy long couch. And my 4 year old enjoyed the large bath tub. The toilets have built in toddler sized toilet seats, which we appreciated. And the air conditioning cooled the place very well. If given the opportunity, we would probably stay again when in the area.
Stayed here due to a death in my family. Initially was a little unsure as usually I stay in hotels. Loved every bit of this neighborhood. The back yard is definitely a selling point if you have children. Its very peaceful. The owner was very attentive and everything was nice & tidy.
We had a great time visiting military museums and relaxing. House is on a large lot with a fenced in backyard. There was a kids play set in the backyard, along with a partially screened in deck. A grocery store and Mexican store about .10 mile away and more food options about 5-10 minutes away. Host was very nice and easy to contact.

This is a beautiful home! Really enjoy our time there. Only two things caught my attention: the TV on the back patio area didn't work, although the host said we could take one from inside the home onto the patio, and there were no spices. No salt, pepper, etc. We bought some at the nearby grocery store. Other than that, absolutely great home.
We came up for a last minute business trip for my husband. My kids and I decided to make a mini vacation out of it . We found this home on our drive up and when we inquired about the property with the host, the response was immediate! Her communication is beyond exceptional! She worked with us on checking in earlier (as our drive was 10 hours and we needed to rest). We ended up needing to book an additional night and she handled everything on Vrbos end to update the extension of our stay, and was very prompt and kind with us considering we didn’t give much notice on the extension availability . Forever grateful for the accommodations she made! The home itself is inviting and gives a sense of relaxation . My children (2yrs 5yrs) loved the “playground” in the backyard . Along with the HUGE backyard that is fully fenced to let them run around. The beds were very comfy and the pillows were perfect. There’s a food lion and dollar tree right up the road. Very quiet neighborhood, neighbors are spaced out between homes, and the street seemed very private/low traffic. Almost felt like we were the only ones on the street! Overall I’m very happy we chose this home . And thanks again to the host! Exceptional communication and accommodation, location, and the perfect stay for our “home away from home”
