Your place was great! Loved location!! The space in the apartment was perfect. A special touch was to be able to have my morning coffee on the balcony- thanks to the complimentary Kurig with pods.A couple of other high notes. We were with in walking distance (0.4 miles or less) to a TON of great places, such as The Local. Also, the food right down the road at the Soda Show was probably the best breakfast we had. (We tried several of Nash’s famous places). If you are searching where to stay, look no further!!

Midtown

We were in town for a swim meet at the Sportsplex. This VRBO was a 3-minute drive over to the pool. My teens were swimming early morning and evening. So, the location was perfect. The apartment had several very nice features. My son appreciated the pitcher for filtered water. The black out bedroom curtains were very helpful for the mid-day naps. I'd suggest adding them in the living room as well. The shower was very nice and open without a gross shower curtain or door. The king bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. I'm not sure the couch in the living room can be considered a double. My 6'4 son struggled to fit. The property has a gym, but it is very limited and was very dirty to no fault of the VRBO owner. Again, to no fault of the VRBO owner, the property only has one elevator which was annoying during peak times. And the parking garage while much appreciated given that I was there as a mom with two teens had a random alarm noise most the time. It was miserably hot in Nashville and while my swimmers were resting mid-day, I sat at the quiet pool. It was very nice.The owner was very responsive and helpful. I had hoped for a late check out but unfortunately, he was not able to accommodate due to the cleaner's schedule.Overall, it was a good safe quiet location. Due to the proximity, we'd stay again.
