You can’t get closer to a private beach without the beach front price tag! Longboat has monthly rentals but will rent for less , and block the time , please contact us !! This lovely, spacious villa is nestled in a waterfront community on Longboat Key, just minutes to the beach. From a screened in lanai, you enter your private oasis with a sense of calm. No stairs to climb, and direct parking out front, makes your trips to the store or schlepping in your bags easy. Everything you need is already here, it’s just like home, only better. There’s Wi-Fi available if you have to connect, just make it for fun only you're on vacation! This beautifully remodeled 2/2 retreat with areas to hang out front and back, is plenty big enough to accommodate 6 people comfortably so bring friends and family, kids are welcome ! Please contact us for renting other than 30 days.

FEBRUARY IN FLORIDA

We enjoyed the property, however, a few things should be noted. There was very little space to store and hang our belongings. Guest bedroom closet was locked. Dresser only had 4 drawers available, others were filled with mattress cover and sheets. The kitchen didn't have anywhere to put our food, other than the refrigerator. Way too many dishes occupied the cabinets. We had to leave everything on the countertop, so it always looked a little untidy. Outside chairs need to be replaced - 2 were not useable/broken. Laundry room needs to be tidied up - very cluttered. Other than the above we did enjoy this property.

Great place!!

Had a wonderful time ! The condo was immaculate and fully stocked! Would recommend the patio be swept, and tidied up , but it was private, with a brief walk to the private beach. Just the relaxing get away I was looking for. Thank You!
