About this property

This spacious beach house just 500 feet from the ocean, has a contemporary upside down layout. The main floor has a large, en suite master bedroom with king bed, and an additional 3 bedrooms and full bathroom. The upstairs has eat-in kitchen including all amenities. The kitchen and separate dining room have sliders to a large, wrap around front deck that overlooks the Nepeague Preserve. The large living area has a fireplace and bar with stunning views of Nepeague Harbor. There is an additional half bathroom on the second floor as well. Rinse off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower. Great location to East End hot spots including the Lobster Roll, Clam Bar, Goldberg's Bagels, Gurney's Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa and much more.
