10 minutes to Siesta Key, downtown, the hospital, St. Armand's Circle. Recently remodeled, the Cottage is freshly painted, cozy, and bright. Two bedrooms, one bathroom and a nice kitchen, living and dining room areas. Spectacular enclosed lanai overlooking the water is spacious and glamorous! Pool, NEW and VERY LARGE, beautiful deck with scenic view, and a NEW private boat dock for fishing galore with a fishing cleaning station! Boaters can rent or bring your own boat to keep on the property! Great for couples looking for a private getaway in the heart of Sarasota & Siesta Key Beach. Also good for couples who want to be close to all of the options to make the most of what Sarasota has to offer! You have a beautiful pool, outdoor patio area and enclosed lanai. You can also grill out and enjoy the private, fenced outdoors. This larger unit is connected to a smaller unit where our property manager resides.

My family and I love Sarasota and we stumbled upon this quiet retreat while looking for a place to spend the week before heading to Tampa for our son’s wedding. The view, pool and fishing was just what we needed and it’s super close to our favorite beaches (Turtle Beach). We had great communication with the property owner and their son lives next door, which was comforting to know. The house was close by all of our normal spots in Siesta Key.
