My only wish is that I could rate this property more than 5 stars!!! The property was amazing and so beautifully decorated. The location was perfect and the views were magnificent. We even videotaped (from the bedroom) a young black bear wondering on top of the trash cans. The host was a delight to work with and so very accommodating.

We stayed with 4 adults and three 12 year old boys. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the arcade and the pool. Would recommend this to any family wanting a nice get away in Gatlinburg.

This is a beautiful luxury property. It has great space. We had a set of grand parents, 2 sets of adult childrens famiy and 2 grand children. All bedrooms with on suites. Everyone had great individual space and great get together space. Everyone enjoyed the movie room. 2 year old loved the pool. Adults enjoyed the hot tub. The unit is clean and like new. Very well stalked. For those not aware. Bears come every evening and morning. Make sure to keep all trash out of your vehicles and lock they. Bears are genious.

I stayed here for 5 nights with my husband and 5 children. It was the perfect setup with 3 levels. The kids loved the theater room and indoor pool. The owner was amazing. I had a few questions during the stay and she responded in 5 minutes or less each time. Highly recommend!

This property was amazing! We so enjoyed our stay and everybody was so comfortable! So much room to spread out and every bedroom had a beautiful attached bath. The beds, pillows and comforters were sooo cozy, the views from every level of the condo we're amazing! The property manager was great with communication and very prompt with all replies! Cannot say enough great things about this place! We will definitely come back! If you're trying to decide which place to book I would highly suggest this one.

Our host was very informative and welcoming. The check-in was easy and we loved the location. The stay was really wonderful The game room, sauna & theater were excellent. The pool and fire pit area were also very enjoyable and well taken care of. We couldn't have asked for more. Just a really relaxing trip with no worries. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wow! Youll love it. Beautiful and elegantly appointed plus convenient to downtown .Everything was clean and if you require assistance the responce was super fast. Great people. Quite possibly the finest place in gatlinburg to stay. Plus.... your dog can go too! Its hard to find a nice place that let you bring your dogs... just respect this place so everyone can continue to enjoy it with our pets!!

What a beautiful place! We loved our stay. The pool was a big hit with our Grandchildren as well as the game room and movie theater. We had 6 adults and 4 children, and the living space was more than accommodating. We were able to walk to the Parkway couple of days. My husband and I loved the hot tub, it was very relaxing. We will be returning for another stay in he future. Darlene was very prompt in answering my questions. If you are looking for a great place, that is super clean and has lots of amenities, this is the place.

We stayed with the entire family for three nights. If I were to suggest anything, I’d say stay longer! There’s so many amenities and things to do. I feel like we missed out on a lot of them. I would stay a week! The condo is in walking distance to the Gatlinburg strip And we made several walks to Margaritaville :). Everything you could possibly need is supplied. The only suggestion I would have is an elevator! We traveled with a wheelchair family member paralyzed from the chest down, so he was unable to enjoy a lot of what this condo offered. I can’t express how beautiful, top notch, And roomy this place is. Beds are super comfy as well. Darlene is wonderful to deal with and always replied immediately.

We rented this house for my 40th birthday weekend, and it was perfect for our group of eight women. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Bathroom space can sometimes be an issue with a large group, so having an en suite bathroom for every bedroom was an incredible feature.The property was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Its location made it possible to walk to the main strip, although the rain led us to use Uber instead. Because the house was so close to everything, rides were inexpensive and always arrived quickly.There was a small beverage refrigerator on every floor, which was such a convenient touch, especially for anyone wanting water during the night. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and even the pullout couch was surprisingly nice. I honestly do not think I have ever slept on a more comfortable pullout sofa.Although we did not use the games in the game room, they would be a great feature for families traveling with children. The powder rooms had beautiful backlit mirrors, the water pressure was excellent, and all of the linens felt high quality.Darlene was quick to respond whenever we had a question. The cleaning team was finishing up when we arrived, and they were incredibly kind and accommodating.The porches were another highlight and gave us a peaceful place to enjoy the rain while taking in the mountain views. I hope I have the opportunity to stay again,
