This property was very lovely, just as pictured. We felt that the kitchen could have been stocked a little better, there wasn't any food wrap, foil, basics that you need when staying a few days. On our last night we did hear a something, probably a squirrel, scratching on the inside walls of 2 bedrooms, so we did not sleep at all that night. (We did let the management know). And just one more thing that was a bit irritating. Checkout was at 10:00 and when I asked if we could possibly stay until noon. I was told we could for an additional 50. I thought this was ridiculous because we stayed during off-season, no one was checking in, and we had already paid for 3 nights. Other than those issues, we did enjoy the townhome.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Larry- we’re so glad you enjoyed the property overall and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the disturbance you encountered and are grateful you reported it so our team could address it right away. Your note about the kitchen supplies is also appreciated- we’ll review our standard setup to see where we can improve. As for late check-out, we completely understand your perspective. Our policy is in place to ensure our cleaning and inspection teams have adequate time between reservations, though we do our best to accommodate when possible. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have another opportunity to welcome you back for a more seamless stay.
