Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms including a master king bed, full size and twin bed in upstairs bedroom, and queen bed in separate apartment living space along with 2 bathrooms featuring showers and a laundry room. This property is perfect for fisherman, and families or groups of friends. Enjoy the spacious living room with a comfy queen sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Indoor and outdoor parking for boats, RV, toys, and vehicles. Close to Paris Landing state park and marina, Buchanan Resort,and walking distance to Sunset Bay Marina where you can launch your boat. Enjoy fishing from your boat or the dock at the marina on beautiful KY lake, canoe, kayak, go to Eiffel Tower kids park with splash pad, public swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, or go shopping in historic downtown Paris, TN on the square. Paris is home to the Worlds Largest Fish Fry! Plenty of parking for your vehicles, boat, jet ski, golf cart or ATV. Ideal for tournament fisherman. Beautiful public golf course nearby. If you like to relax we have an amazing deck where you can enjoy a great book, or your favorite beverage sitting outside on the wrap around deck with two fire pits on the property. Cook your meals in the kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee bar or on the new outdoor grill. If cooking is not your thing, go out and explore some of the great restaurants in the area. We are happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our amazing and unique lake house.

Unbelievable stay, plenty of parking for boats especially tournament anglers who are up late rigging rods. Lisa went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The neighbors are also great, checking in regularly to make sure we were doing great. I highly suggest staying here!!

Four very good friends all 55 to 73 ladies and we had a lovely time and found the cabin/ house user friendly and easy to enter we found the fire pits easy to use. We were delighted to have one private area of an apartment and had one of the ladies who really enjoyed a little peace and quiet of her own. The beds and bedding were lovely the towels were luxurious and we had a lovely time I would recommend this place to anyone! Wonderful parking and very quiet neighborhood with very friendly people! Thank you for hosting us

A-Frame home with modern and updated decor. Two fire pits, gas grill, lots of outdoor space, 2 car garage and additional covered parking in lighted pull through lean-to with electrical outlets. Outdoor lights over looking the additional large gravel parking area and extra large ceiling fans on both porches. Wrapping deck at the main house and metal roof. Great neighborhood to walk, ride your golf cart, and take in the beauty of the area.
