it was okay, best part: quiet.

This place was ok. it is older and NOT pristine like a traditional hotel. The A/C worked, the refrigerator was cold, and the water was hot when needed. Furniture was a bit beat up; the office chair had no padding; and the water stains on walls and windows was a bit concerning. The bedroom was comfy, once I was able to close and LATCH the window. So, overall, "ok".
