THE HOME:
Our VRBO is the ONLY one level short-term rental in Colorado Springs! Our open floor plan makes this an ideal retreat for families of all ages. We offer a superior location – central to everything! We are within walking distance of Palmer Park open space and their impressive trail system. We are minutes from downtown, Garden of the Gods, Manitou, Old Colorado City, and the United State Air Force Academy.

THE BEDS:
We have 3 queen-sized beds with excellent quality mattresses. We have guests ask where they can purchase our mattresses from because they loved them so much!

THE BATHS:
We have three bathrooms – ALL 3 REMODELED IN OCTOBER 2019. Enjoy our soft towels and the complimentary provided bath amenities.

THE KITCHEN:
We have everything you need to cook a family meal! Top-of-the-line small appliances, coffee & tea breakfast station, and an over-sized eat-in kitchen - makes eating together easy.

THE PROPERTY:
We have a fenced in yard with patio furniture and grill. Children can enjoy our sandbox, slide, and special chairs – just for them! In the summer and early fall, we have a wonderful vegetable and sunflower garden for our guests to enjoy.

We have a nice long concrete driveway and garage for guests use. Our home is located on a quiet street with wonderful neighbors who love to meet our guests. The “little library” across the street welcomes you to find just the right novel to relax into during your stay.

We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair spray, hand soap, cotton balls, q-tips, Kleenex, body lotion, make-up remover wipes, hairdryers, and toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, basic spices, laundry detergent, and so much more.

POLICIES:
No smoking inside the home, or outside on the property grounds.
We love our home, smoking is terrible, and we love our guests.
Providing clean air for every guest in our home is a top priority :)!

Enjoyable and clean house

It was convenient for having a 7-month old baby and a 5- y o. There was no privacy curtain in the master bedroom and living room. We made it work somehow. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

Lovely, relaxing property

The house was extremely clean and organized, and the property is tastefully decorated with the perfect homey touches. We felt right at home and it was a really great experience. The hosts were great to work with and we very much enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again if the opportunity presented itself. A very pretty, relaxing place.

We are natives to Colorado Springs. We are a family that loves being outdoors, and exploring new places. We enjoy hiking, swimming, and traveling. Our vacation rental home is a reflection of our love for family, and our love for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We live in town, and can offer lots of suggestions on where to eat, play, and have fun as a family!

The Colorful Colorado home was built in the Centennial Heights neighborhood in 1959. With wide streets, mature trees, large green lawns, long driveways, and large rectangular ranch style homes. It has all the charm and simplicity of the era, but is centrally located to all of the fun!

Feel like taking it easy? Stay in and watch a 3D movie relaxing on our comfortable Lazy Boy chairs and sofa. Or take a walk to the trails in Palmer Park, right behind our house! We have many guests tell us how much they enjoy the natural wildlife our VRBO has! From several deer, birds, and squirrels that visit our property daily right in our VRBO's backyard.
