Charming 2BR condo in Islamorada with pool, hot tub, and beautiful views.

Beacon Reef 404 - Beautiful two-bedroom two baths, condo with everything that you need for a perfect relaxing vacation. Balcony access off your living room and master bedroom that overlooks the newly remodeled pool and jacuzzi as well as the beach and ocean. The complex is oceanfront and has amazing views of the Atlantic. Some additional amenities: chairs and tables on balcony, printer, tiki hut by pool, and undercover parking.
If booking more than a year in advance current prices may not reflect the annual cost of living increase.
Many of our guests' re-book the same property on an annual basis. No reservation is confirmed until you speak with us.
Please note: before proceeding with your booking, kindly review the following information. This property is managed by a local Islamorada rental company, Freewheeler Vacations. Payments for your vacation rental will be made thru Freewheeler Vacations. You will also see a charge from VRBO which covers their booking service fee which is already included in the total cost. We prefer payments via personal check or eCheck. However, if you opt to pay by credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be applied to your rental. You will receive the Freewheeler Vacations Vacation Rental Agreement via email, which must be signed before your arrival. All future correspondence will be made through Freewheeler Vacations.

The grounds at Beacon reef are great. They maintain it very well. The pool area, beach and dock were great. People there were very friendly. Our condo when we walked in smelled. Absolutely everything in the place needs to be updated. The kitchen faucet was loose, the refrigerator leaked water inside, had to put a pan on the top shelf to collect it. Also ants in the kitchen. The carpet had MANY stains. A lot of lightbulbs were out, some of the blinds didn’t work, some of the windows and both patio screens were very hard two slide. Dining room fan did not work. I would not stay in that unit again.

Good afternoon. We appreciate reviews both good and bad. We wish you would have given us the opportunity to fix any problem you had. Just like at your own home, things will break or leak. We will jump on them as quickly as possible if we know about them. The condo is just as advertised. It's not fancy, but super comfortable and clean and pretty. Each person has individual taste and we totally understand that. We hope you had a wonderful month in Islamorada. Thank you again for letting us know before our next guests arrive.
