Welcome to this charming 3-floor modern, cozy and nice house in Tepic. This phenomenal property boasts 4 bedrooms, including 3 queen beds and 1 king bed. With 4 bathrooms offering a mix of bathtubs and showers, guests will feel right at home. The living room provides an enjoyable space with a cozy sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. Each room with a HDTV, for a total of 5 HDTVs, and 3 AC's, with private 2-car garage. This Residential has two security 24/7 points, that nobody can enter without proper identification. There are security cameras 24/7 outside of property for your own safety, free wi-fi, free pay per view 24/7 and a lot of movies and channels. All appliances are new.
