House Rules • No smoking or vaping in home or grounds • No parties or events, local ordinance quiet hours start at 10PM • Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay. • We ask primary guest to sign a simple digital rental agreement within 24 hours and verify ID (quick selfie + photo ID). For the safety and security of our guests and property, there are exterior security cameras in place, including a video doorbell at the front entry and a camera monitoring the driveway and backyard. These devices are motion-activated and record video only (no audio). There are no cameras inside the home. Thank you for helping us protect our home and community!

Perfect stay! The host was very responsive to any messages and was willing to work with us on a couple of special requests. The listing was accurate and the house was very clean. The check in process was easy as well. Great location, great house, great host. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a wonderful experience. We felt at home, and the convenience to the beach was excellent. This was our second stay on the same street, and I would consider buying a home there. The decor and room sizes were perfect. Our adult children and little pups had a great time as well. My only complaint is that we had to go home so soon!

Perfect location, beautiful home!
We had the best time at Clareon Cottage! The location was perfect — just a quick walk or bike ride to a quiet, private beach that felt like a hidden gem. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the screened-in back porch for morning coffee and the bikes and beach gear that were included — such a great bonus!
Beautifully renovated property, very nice neighborhood, pet friendly home and yard, private beach access, was not crowded, easily accessible from property and all of the hottest spots on 30a, property manager easily accessible for any issues and went out her way to prevent any possible issues. I will be a repeat customer, thank you Brittany
We had such an amazing experience! The home was beautiful and very clean. Brittany always responded almost instantly to my messages and was so polite; you couldn't ask for a better host! Being that we had small children, we decided to rent a golf cart from Coastal Carts to travel back and fourth to the private beach access. They provided everything you could need for a home away from home especially with littles. We look forward to returning next year!
The perfect spot! The location is straight across from beach access but the street is so quite! The house had everything we needed and we even extended an extra day because we didn't want to leave!

I chose this quieter location because it offers the best of both worlds—proximity to great dining and shopping, along with the rare luxury of private deeded beach access in an uncrowded setting.
