Amazing Lake House With All Amenities

4 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Lakehouse on Kayuta Lake at the foothills of the Adirondacks. 24 Miles north of I-90 from Exit 31 (Utica). 28 Miles from Old Forge. 34 Miles from Turning Stone Casino. Centrally located for a week of fun. Children welcome. Trained pets are permitted.

Central Air for hot days, tankless hot water so you never run out, sauna, two showers, a steam shower, and a whirlpool tub. Walk down to your own dock and bring your canoe or small boat. Fish away. Stainless steel grill on the back deck. Excellent view from the back deck and there are 61 steps that lead down to the dock and small beach area.

Pictures speak for themselves. WIFI. 65 inch curve TV. You Tube TV for local channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Disney, Showtime apps - but who wants to sit in front of the TV? WIFI to hook to your phone and play all your music. Washer/Dryer. Private road with almost no traffic for biking or walking.

Better rate if rented weekly and property is available during winter months for you snow mobile enthusiasts. Sheets and towels provided with cleaning fee. Up to two pets are allowed. Garage can hold two cars or store your toys for the week.
