Upper floor is great. Underground parking for 1 car. Be sure to have non- glass drinking options if you’re going to the hot tub. Overall, nice building and condo.
Absolutely lovely condo in the perfect location. The owners were very accommodating and warm. Thank you for making Mammoth opening weekend the best! Would absolutely stay here again...

Great location, clear instructions/communication, and easy access to Mammoth
I stayed in early fall as a base for hiking and biking in the infinite trails near mammoth or the Owens Valley. Fabulous time of year to visit. Very nice place to stay on the quiet edge of town (which I preferred) but very easy to get to trails, groceries, restaurants, etc. Unit was in good condition with a nice view during my morning cup of brew. Only wrinkle I had was that owner’s instruction email on getting in went to my spam, which I had no way of knowing had happened. VRBO app delayed me in getting through to the owner to sort this out. As soon as I spoke directly to owner, she quickly and clearly talked me through getting in
Such a perfect spot in so many ways, our fave place to stay when we visit. Thank you hosts for sharing and allowing us to enjoy time in your beautiful space.
We loved our trip and stay. This is our first VRBO in Mammoth that we hope to rent again. The condo was comfy and had everything we needed. The location can't be beat. The hosts were responsive, helpful and it was great all around!
We stayed for the blues festival again this year and were so happy that this unit was available again. Easy access, great view on the balcony and quiet. Can't wait to go back again.
Perfect location and a beautiful place to unwind! We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to end our 6-day backpacking adventure. The condo was beautifully decorated, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub was exactly what we needed to soothe our sore muscles. We were especially grateful for the clear and precise check-in instructions—it made arriving after six days in the wilderness so easy and stress-free. Truly a perfect and much-appreciated stay!
Everything went well. Host very accommodating. All amenities were accurate as described. Constuctive feedback: Could use some new sauté pans. Non-stick coating as begun to peel off. Don’t know how healthy those particles are? If u do invest in new pans, I would suggest some non metal utensils including spoon and spatula. This will also make the life of your pans last longer.
