Orlando was very responsive to all my requests. My family was in town to celebrate my son's graduation from VSU. This was the perfect location! The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The thermostat had a lock and we had to contact the owner any time we needed to change the temperature in the house...a little inconvenient, but the owner was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen has basic supplies but needs a baking sheet and cutting board. All in all, it was a great experience!

Only one problem

No complaints other than some German roaches. No in fested but saw no less than 10 in places other than the kitchen. This comment doesn't need to posted but in the future another just could complain and cause yall some issues. Thank you for letting us stay will be using the service again..

Wild adventures getaway

The house was quaint and cute, could use some small renovations. There was no toilet paper, texted the host and a box of toiletries arrived shortly after. Was at wild adventures all day and HOT, arrived at the house and the ac was on 81. We turned it down to 68 and it did not cool until the next morning. I texted the host to let him know and he tried to resolve the issue and said he would get an AC tech to come check it out. The next morning it was 71 degrees so we were hopeful, left for another day at wild adventures, came back to the house and it was 80 degrees again, let the host know and he was sending out a technician who did not arrive until 945pm. The problem was not resolved and the house was back to 80 degrees by midnight, but then cooled down again to 74 by 7am. The coffee table seemed to be put together by small pieces of wood and screws that came off and my husband stepped on the wooden block with a screw sticking out. Host tried to be helpful, but we spent the entire trip sweating along with the 5 small children and 2 grandparents . We could have gotten a hotel for the same price and been much cooler.

We haven’t had any issues with the AC before or after your stay, but we still responded quickly, sent toiletries right away, and even called an AC technician out late at night to assist. We’ve also replaced the coffee table to ensure everything is safe and comfortable for future guests. Thank you for staying with us.
