Escape to your own beachfront paradise in Treasure Cay, Bahamas! Beautifully rebuilt back better after Dorian, the only footprints in the sand are still yours, and the stunning views of the ocean are still spectacular! Enjoy this relaxing, chillin' ambience, watching the breathtaking sunrises and the unforgettable sunsets, promising to create lasting memories . Catch ferries or take a boat to the other islands and explore; each one has it's own unique charm. Rent a car and explore the rest of Great Abaco, for example, shopping in Marsh Harbour, Pete's Pub and Gallery for unique art pieces, Sandy Point for bone fishing, take a Neem Farm tour, or get a meal at Da Valley restaurant in Foxtown. Do some world class deep sea and bone fishing, kayak or paddleboard and explore the the canals or shores of Treasure Cay. Swim with the pigs, swim in blue holes, or just swim in your own "backyard". Float in the crystal clear Bahamian waters of our beach, or bring snorkels and catch a lobster. Walk along the paths and see Bahamian hummingbirds and curly tail lizards.
There is dining at Bahama Beach Club beachside, where they have nightly specials, or you can stay home and prepare meals with everyone gathered around the kitchen island, while overlooking the beach and a romantic moonrise. At night, you will be awed by the unbelievable abundance of stars since there is no light pollution!
The house has 1 king-size bed, 2 queen-size beds, 1 full-size bed. All rooms are ensuites (4 full bathrooms), plus 1 outdoor shower to rinse the salt and sand off, or to shower under the stars! There's a full kitchen with dishes, cutlery, cooking ware, etc. Or have your meals delivered by several restaurants that are offering delivery.
Docks are available nearby for rental. Come and enjoy relaxing in the Family Islands at our beach bungalow; you will leave refreshed!
All bookings are welcome unless you're a previous guest with us, so we will need to revise and re-check your previous experience and visit with us, so we can check if we may accept it or not.

Always Turn OFF the A/C when the doors are open. Otherwise, it creates tropical mold and mildew. Plus flies are attracted inside.
See above-Rule #1! If not followed, we can deduct damages from your deposit. It is a critical rule for maintaining our house mold-free and flies-free.
Lock the house if you go into town. It is a safe area, and there are cameras at the entrance, but it's better to be safe.

Beautiful House/Great location

Our whole family enjoyed staying in the Jackson House. It is located in a quiet safe area and is right down the street from one of the most beautiful beach we have ever seen. The views from every room are spectacular. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed. We stoppd at Maxwells on the way there and bought groceries. We also rented a golf cart and bikes which we all enjoyed. Restaurants are fairly expensive.

Beautiful Treasure Cay

We enjoyed a beautiful week at the Jackson House in Treasure Cay. The house was large, clean and very well stocked. If you can, check out what's already at the house before you do your shopping. We bought so many duplicates of items already there. Tons of water toys for kids big and small were in the garage. Really nice washer and dryer too It is on the windward side so pretty breezy. Straight down the road is the beautiful crescent beach with soft sand and immaculate turquoise water. There is a nice restaurant at the Beach Club, good food decent prices. Both the owner and property manager were wonderful. Very informative and quick to answer any questions.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful time at Jackson House. The house is exactly as listed. The beach is just steps from the house. The kids played, swam, snorkeled and paddle boarded while the adults relaxed in the sun. We found having a rental car to be very useful. Thanks Leah!

This was a great house for us. Best kitchen we have had in all our trips. Absolutely beautiful view. Just wish there was more specific information about reefs especially off the shore of property. The neighbor shared information the morning we were leaving.It was a super relaxing stay. Thank you.

This property and beach were gorgeous. The owner was incredibly responsive and attentive. She answered my many questions up front and helped with planning. The property was clean and comfortable, and the beach was unreal. We spent most of our time on the beach or porch. I would highly recommend staying here!

Family Christmas in the Bahamas

Great place to stay with all of our adult kids! We all had our own space at the end of the night, and a fantastic common area to eat, play games, and spend time with one another. The beach is fantastic, the outdoor space is an added bonus for hanging out on those hot days. Our host was amazing at communicating and gave us all the added information about the local islands. Highly recommended!

Stunning Views!

Jackson house was everything and more. We didn't want for a thing during our stay except maybe better weather, but no one can predict that. We still had a few perfect days with sunshine and spent it floating in the calm waters right outside the back door. Stunning view of the beautiful beach through the multiple sliding doors on the entire back of house. We only lost power a couple of times but it came back on in less than an hour. Wifi was great and had no issues with it or the tv.Also, we never had a single problem with bug bites, not even sand fleas which we always get eaten up with on previous visits to other out islands like Cat island and Exuma. Also I'd like to mention, we have been visiting the Out Islands of Bahamas for the past 13 years and never have we had the host be so responsive with questions prior to booking and right before we left for our trip Leah emailed me a packet on not only the ins and outs of the house but plenty of information on things to do and a list of restaurants complete with phone numbers......it was so helpful. We really had a great time and will come back to the beautiful Abaco Island!

Location, location, and location!

We stayed at this property before Dorian and if was fantastic, but after the devastation the house was rebuilt even better. A wonderful open floor plan allows everyone to be engaged with from the kitchen to the living room. In addition a tiki shelter was built in the backyard for you to enjoy the magnificent view and pleasant sea breezes in the afternoon. You will not be disappointed with the house or location for your trip to TC.

Family Vaca!

We walked in the hoise and all 8 of has said"wow'. The house is beautiful and view outstanding. My husband and I stay at VRBO's anytime we travel and this house was the most fully equipped house we have ever stayed. Anything you would need for your stay is at the house! Ms. Leah was great to deal with. Very quick to answer any questions we may have had. This was a first time entire family vacation and it was a success! Thank you Ms. Leah! Family Christmas Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property. We had a party of 7 adults and there were plenty of room for our party. We also had several families staying in the area and ours was the only house that could fit all for dinner. We had one minor issue and the owner was quick to resolve. Will definitely look to rent again on our next trip to Treasure Cay.

Outstanding view and brand new amenities. We had high expectations, in light of the cost and reviews, but we were not disappointed in the least!! Very nice property capable of accommodating 8 people easily. Very private and peaceful.

Beautiful Home

My family and I stayed at the Jackson residence. The house was beautiful, the views were breathtaking and we really enjoyed ourselves staying at the Jackson residence. Leah was very informative and helpful! Everyone at Treasure Cay was super nice and sweet. As well as the sister Cays. We definitely will Be back. Thank you Leah for your wonderful hospitality.

Treasure Cay

This is a beautiful location for a quiet family vacation. We snorkeled right in front of the house and were not disappointed! The beach is beautiful and so fun to explore. We saw and found sand dollars, conch shells, small friendly fish, a sea star, hermit crabs, a crab and a couple of dolphins! It was a delight waking to the sound of the waves in the morning. It is a quick trip to rent a boat or get staples from a small market. The house is gorgeous, well laid out and had everything we needed for a family of 5. We did not experience any issues with the property during our stay. The host and her team are very responsive. Highly recommend this gem!

Your private slice of paradise

A fantastic and unique experience. We spent 12 days at the Villa and enjoyed a lot its privacy and the position. A "private" beach in front of the house with a small reef. Only one minute drive to Treasure Cay beach and its unique colours. The Villa itself is spacious and very well equipped. Greg, the caretaker, is always available and lives very close. Leah, the owner, assisted us during the booking phase and was absolutely helpful. I recommend this property!

Paradise!

We enjoyed our time at Jackson house so much, we’re already considering when we can come back! The pictures really don’t do it justice. We had plans to island hop and go out to dinner, but when push came to shove, we just wanted to spend all our time at “home”. From coffee on the patio, to afternoons spent on our own private beach, to dinners cooked in the well equipped kitchen, our trip was just perfect. We rented a golf cart and found it very easy to get around. Thanks to Leah for letting us stay in your beautiful home, and thanks to Greg for taking care of us while we were there. Can’t wait to come back!

Toes in the sand and beautiful views of windward beach

This home’s location was absolutely amazing!!! One hop over the sea wall and your toes were in the sand. We found sand dollars and sea biscuits literally in the water/sand infront of the house. Very quiet, safe neighborhood. Kids played outside and the adults could watch while cooking meals. Leah was a gracious host and very easy to work with. We fly privately so arrival and departure were changed last minute due to severe storms and she was very accommodating. Greg (caretaker) stopped by to make sure we were doing well. A/c worked great!!! The only recommendation would be some extra cooking essentials (pans, skillets, pots) we cooked every meal for 7 days... so we got to know the kitchen very well. Loved the keurig. We are planning to build In TCB and this will definitely be a VRBO recommendation for visiting family.

absolutely fabulous

my girlfriend and I flew my plane direct to marsh harbor and rented a car....It was an easy international hop...I suggest anyone in general aviation to take this plunge.....AND rent this house...It is fabulous...pictures are accurate but do not do it justice. The house is easy to get to, VERY well appointed with all the amenities. It is large enough for a family of 3, or one family with kids. The kitchen is well stocked with all the items you need. It is a very clean, comfortable home, and the a.c. works well, although the first 2 days/nights we only used the bedroom ac to cool and dehumidify (semi-tropical!} The view is first class. It is absolutely beautiful, with the turquoise colors and water lapping up right to the shore. the bedroom has a large sliding glass door that looks over the sea of abaco....it is very romantic. we cooked 2 nights, but brought in most our food from the u.s., as prices in the bahamas are very expensive. (everything shipped in). The local restaurants are good, but somewhat expensive compared to u.s. prices. after all, it is a vacation destination that is "out of the way". We had a very nice local lady cook for us one night....4 fresh lobster and all the sides, for 120$...well worth it. It just depends on what you wish to do and how much you wish to spend. I suggest renting a boat/skiff for exploring the outer cays. we did thru treasure boat rental at treasure cay marina. check out the swimming pigs, green turtle cay, great guana cay, and all the hundreds of little private beaches and cays around the area. the water is some of the clearest i have seen in the world. All in all, this was a fabulous vacation, easy travel, beautiful home, beautiful scenery. This home and vacation was everything we had hoped for. 5 stars, thumbs up! Thank you guys so much. we will be back!

My sister and I had the house rebuilt, which my parents lived in for 30 years, after Dorian hit the Abacos. But we built it back stronger and better, and want to share this little piece of paradise with guests who appreciate staying in a cool house right on the beach in the Bahamas!🇧🇸

Why this property..? It is on the beach! There is enough room to accommodate 8 people, and there's an extra dining room chair if someone shows up for dinner. It has all convenient updates, including impact windows, electrical updates, cabinetry and appliances. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom, so no need to share bathrooms with anyone, plus there's an outdoor shower to rinse the salt and sand off. The house is on Windward Beach Drive so no mosquitoes or no-see-ums to bother anyone.
