Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We are very easy going people and we recently decided to do a long weekend in Huntsville with our kids. After much research and looking at pictures we chose this house. It looks nothing like the pictures and upon entering it smelled of smoke. The carpet was filthy and one of the beds was broken in half. There were too many bugs to mention and the surrounding area appeared unsafe. I immediately called to explain that my daughter and I have asthma and that we could not stay there. I asked what our options were. They replied and said they would work with me. They ended up offering another home in worse shape and I declined. I offered tor them to keep part of the almost 800 for their time and trouble. I have been around and around with them for a week now with no resolution other than they refuse to refund any of the money. I would not recommend this home or this company to anyone as they are rude and unhelpful. The house itself is not fit to be on the market for the general public.
