We booked a week here sight unseen and were surprised at the age of this charming dwelling. This house is OLD yet clean and cute. Ful amenities with many antiques spinkled about the house. You won’t have to bring anything except food. They had plenty of towels, sheets, utensils, a few spices, and even some yard toys. I assume most families donate a few items when they leave and it’s all available to you. We left a a pkg of marshmallow sticks and a few grill things for the next family. There’s no dishwasher, but we used paper plates so.... Also a beautiful farm stand next door and a cute country store a few miles away. Great restaurants nearby. Try the boat house! We had a relaxing vacation here. I have one small suggestion/complaint. We didn’t know where to put any trash, or how to find an extension cord. There are a few lights and air conditioners that are placed no where near any outlets. If I came again I would bring 2-3 8’ cords with me. We found out later that there is a dumpster behind the farm stand, so we brought the trash over there. Maybe a letter on the table explaining all the details would be a nice touch. There is a washer and dryer, but no hairdryer that I could find. Not a luxury vacation for sure, but a relaxing one, spent with family in a very old farmhouse. Enjoy!
