Had a wonderful stay while visiting family over the holidays. This house was the perfect little size for my son and myself. It was very comfortable in every way. The host was very communicative and attentive to any needs we may have had. Loved how well everything was labeled. It was easy to know which switches controlled which lights in the house. I will definitely have this place at the top of my list for any future stays in Derby KS

Great location for my needs, fast food, grocery stores all close by. House is great for an individual or couple. Will book again when I need to be in Derby.
