Brand new, modern, spacious and family friendlly apartment
One bedroom, bright and modern apartment Orchid House has recently been completely renovated. Apartment is located 1.4 km from Belgrade centre and featured with WiFi and air conditioning. Private parking is available on request.
There is a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, fruit juicer, dish towel, cleaning set, etc.
One bedroom provides guests with peace and quiet with a garden view and fitted with queen double bed and wardrobe. Linen are provided.
Living room furnished with double pull-out sofa bed for more two people to accommodate. A flat-screen TV and office corner are on guests disposal at the seating area.
Private bathroom is fitted with a shower, towels and free toiletries are provided. Other facilities at Apartment Orchid House include washing machine, hairdryer.
Guests can relax on the terrace.
Orchid House is located 1 km from National Assembly, 1,4 km from Trg Republike and 1.8 km from St. Sava Temple. Belgrade Fair is 3.9 km away, Belgrade Arena is far 4.5 km. The nearest airport is Nikola Tesla Airport, 15 km from the property.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are supermarket, grocery stores, several restaurants, bars and cafes. only a few tens of meters, there are public transportation stop from where guests can get to the famous city attractions.
According to the guests needs, host will be available for all needed assistance. Host could recommend restaurants, directions tips, places for fun and entertainment, sights and attractions.

The apartment was extremely nice, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
Gordana did an excellent job in remodeling her apartment. Everything was very nice and well appointed. The kitchen was beautiful and was equipped with everything needed to enjoy cooking there. The living room was very spacious and had a very comfortable couch and a nice sized tv with cable and wifi. The bedroom and bathroom were also very nice with every room being a nice size. Also the enclosed balcony provided a nice place to sit and enjoy watching the world down below.
