The Finca
The finca counts 450m2 living space and beside that 550 m2 terraces. The building is use-able as one big house or as 5 different spaces, which you can attach to each other. The finca is big enough to wander around through the spaces, corridors and terraces. The spaces has privacy with a living, a stylish white concrete bathroom, bedrooms and terraces with privacy for dining and for chilling.

The building has a few spaces you can use with 18 persons. On the ground floor you find the man cave with a cool floor, big window to the terrace, a club, a bar, a ping pong table and a big screen to create a cinema setting. On the first floor is the royal living with a enorm sitting area. The big living kitchen is on the 2nd floor with the main kitchen, a connection to the patio where you find a big table for 18 persons and a big table at the inside.

The total setting is perfect to use for big familie, groups of friends, companies, weddings. Also its useable as a spot for retreats, sport vacations, workshops, yoga, meditation and school.
