Villa with pool at 150m. from the very quiet fine sand beach, Oliva beach (aigua morta beach) .The villa consists of two equal houses one above the other, but each with independent entrance from the other. The upper part has 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 terraces, living room. Below you have 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 terraces. Garden, pool and private parking. It is 5min. from the town of Oliva. The beach is very quiet with a protected dune zone and fine sand, there is a river where there are ducks next to a large green area.
