Little PARADISE for up to 14 PEOPLE
The finca has an area of over 13,000m2 and is surrounded by orange groves and terraces of vineyards with stunning views of the sea and the charming landscape of Moraira-Teulada. The terraced terrain is level and offers plenty of room to walk and enjoy the various great views.
The house alone, without the outside terraces, is already 300m2 and has a total of 6 rooms and 3 bathrooms on 2 floors.
All bedrooms have their own air condition.
The swimming pool in front of the house is generous 13mtr long, thus offering the possibility to swim (unlike the usual 8 m long swimming pools).
But the highlight of this property is certainly the Mediterranean charm and the special atmosphere created by the spaciousness of the property. There is no fencing to the undeveloped neighboring property and the safety factor is nevertheless high because there is no through traffic. A special feature that can only rarely be found in this high-quality tourism area. The property is far from being situated isolated, because it is located in the heart of the Marina Alta in the province of Alicante.
The distance to various beaches is no more than 10 minutes and there is parking near the beach even in summer. The climate is evergreen and sunny. And a mixture of partly spectacular mountain landscapes, sea and cultural landscape makes it objectively to one of the most attractive and beautiful places in Spain.
The property has a beautiful, historically protected ruin of natural stone, which is not accessible due to security reasons. Only a covered so-called RiuRau is available as an impromptu laundry room with washing machine, which certainly has its charm as well.
The property is very large and offers the opportunity to strawl around and to enjoy the different views. You will never feel penned up here and as well from the interpretation of the house, even in large groups anybody can find his own privacy, if that is wanted.
The terrace around the pool is also very generous and leads to the house in a covered terrace. Guests can make themselves comfortable in the shade or as well in the sun. Sun loungers in sufficient numbers are at hand.
There is as well enough parking space directly at the house.
And BARRIER-FREE access to anything.
The rental is made directly by the owner, there are no additional agency fees and the price is therefore much lower than similar properties. Even though we will try to provide you always the best service possible.
