Large and classic villa in Moraira, on the Costa Blanca, Spain with private pool, sleeps 8 persons. The villa is situated in a residential area and at 1.2 km from Ampolla Moraira beach.

It is in a quiet location within walking distance the of the beach, shops and sports facilities makes this a lovely holiday home .

Very nice villa

2 families stayed at this villa for a 2nd time. Lots of space and lovely to have 4 bathrooms with the 4 bedrooms. Check in process easy. Walkable distance to town if you don't mind 20 mins uphill (on the way back - or a taxi is about €8) Would definitely visit again.

Great Holiday Villa

This villa was spacious with excellent air-conditioning - which we needed in August! The pool only has a very small area where an adult can stand...the majority of it is over 7ft deep - which was fine for us but if you had smaller children could cause a problem. The garden umbrella was broken when we arrived and then totally broke whilst we were there but did not get replaced, which was disappointing. A key safe on the house would make check in/out easier as you have to drive a few miles to pick up the key. We walked into town several times which took about 20mins on some very steep hills - but certainly doable. Overall we would definitely come back to this villa.

Buena casa, pero gestión y seguridad muy mejorable

La casa es amplia, limpia y con buen aire acondicionado y piscina. Sin embargo, tuvimos varios inconvenientes importantes: Nos pidieron 160  por sábanas/toallas sin estar indicado. Llevamos las nuestras, pero las pusieron igual. La barbacoa no se puede usar por normativa, aunque se anuncia como disponible. Varias personas entraron sin avisar (limpieza, mantenimiento). La limpiadora vino un día antes creyendo que salíamos. El jardinero dejó la manguera encendida y la piscina casi se desborda. La puerta de acceso a la parcela no se puede cerrar ni tiene llave: cualquiera puede entrar al coche o terraza. Hubo un corte de agua desde las 5 h hasta las 18 h. Al llamar a las 8 h nos dijeron que no harían nada hasta que abriera la oficina, aunque finalmente gestionaron antes. La lavadora no funcionaba (lo solucionaron el mismo día) y uno de los somieres estaba roto y no se arregló. Nos pidieron salir antes de la hora establecida (11:00), tuvimos que enviar una captura como prueba. En las fotos aparece césped junto a la piscina, pero en realidad es tierra seca.La casa tiene potencial, pero necesita mejorar en gestión, comunicación, privacidad y seguridad.

Casa estupenda y atención excelente

Hemos estado 2 semanas muy a gusto. Baños reformados recientemente y equipamiento bastante completo. Necesitaría cambiar el horno y fogones. Por lo demás, una casa estupenda

La casa es una casa antigua, estaba limpia exceptuando el exterior que no está muy cuidado. Avisamos de la rotura de la sombrilla y la piscina sucia y tardaron en resolver el problema , de hecho nunca repusieron la sombrilla. En cuanto a comodidades el wifi no funciona para nada , el aire acondicionado muy bien en todas las estancias. La zona es muy chula y hay muchísimos chalets con más categoría, relación precio caro para como está la vivienda.
