This charming 2800 square foot, 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom retreat offers comfort and convenience, featuring 2 king beds and 1 queen bed—perfect for a relaxing stay. Enjoy modern amenities including ac/heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, dry bar, and gourmet kitchen with Wolf Appliances, and a stunning foosball room dedicated to the circus history of Sarasota and filled with games, all designed to help you unwind in style. The home is just minutes from top Sarasota attractions such as Siesta Key, Southside Village, downtown Sarasota, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Marina Jack, St. Armand's Circle, and Lido Beach, Sarasota Opera, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, Florida Studio Theatre, Sarasota Orchestra, and numerous other festivals and celebrations. This house was on point with amenities. The towels were fluffy, the knives were sharp. The kitchen was a foodies dream and the artwork was beautiful. The outside was a little oasis in the middle of a nice neighborhood central to a lot of restaurants and close to downtown. Cheryl was a very responsive host making our stay one of the best experiences we have had in Sarasota. I highly recommend this beautiful home and look forward to our stay next snowbird season

The amenities, pool area, lanai and gorgeous landscaping resembled a 5 star resort. The gourmet kitchen was well equipped, all bedrooms had comfortable beds and luxury bedding. The beautiful artwork in all rooms made the house a home. The Circus game room was a delight. The exterior, murals painted by a local artist added character to the house. The owner was always accessible and so easy to work with. Booking was easy. The location is great--close to all that Sarasota has to offer, including the beaches. Paula M.
