Not a great neighborhood . Unit smelled terrible. Mixture of mold, cigarettes and mildew.

Unable to actually stay due to the property being double booked. When checked in there was some families belongings in the room. I attempted 5 time to call the host left VM no response. I texted multiple times no response until 2 hours later. He refused to refund us because he says he offered us another apartment and had someone come clean and had dated and time stamped pictures saying it was still during the checking day. We arrived to the apartment at 5:15 pm after driving 3 hours, to find we had to spend an extra 1700.00 on hotel rooms for the weekend. DI went back and spoke to the neighbors who say this guy does it all the time to people. Do NOT rent!!
