This cabin was exactly what we wanted. The views were beautiful to wake up too and have coffee or mimosa on the wrap around porch. The other houses were closer than we would like but the times we were there it was pretty quiet. It was close enough to both pigeon forge and Gatlinburg which is where all the attractions are. When looking on the map you would think it was further away but it was a lot closer than we thought. Cabin looked inside just how it was described. Overall a great experience.

The cabin was beautiful and the views were breathtaking as described. The hot tub had a loud humming sound the entire stay. We contacted maintenance the first day we arrived and were told that a part was ordered and we would be contacted when it was received for them to fix it. We stayed a week and never heard back from anyone. It would of been nice to get in the hot tub without the noise. The jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom was broken the knob was broke so we could not use that either during our stay and several of the knobs on the kitchen drawers were falling off. Overall the cabin is nice but if you're spending that kind of money to stay you would hope everything would be working properly. We were very disappointed that we couldn't use the hot tub or jacuzzi tub during our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very happy with our stay at the cabin. I was worried but it was at a nice resort with a pool. The only thing we arrived in the evening and couldn’t find the numbers on the cabin for the house number here they were on a pole in front but not visible in the dark. The beds were ok but seemed a little hard. Our air conditioning went out on the night we decided to stay an extra night and it got very stuffy and I couldn’t sleep at all. But maintenance was there early to fix it so that was good just made a rough night. The owners are very responsive and pleasant and do get back to you quickly. It was a nice vacation though and hopefully will be back next year to a bear tracts cabin.
