We appreciated the stay, the house was perfect for my family size. The area wasn’t the greatest but for the price we were ok. The neighbor gave us a hard time, scared us and our kids because my brother in law was listening to music on his phone in the back while grilling having some beers and doing a “grito” which rules clearly state quiet time by 10pm. It wasnt even 10pm and really how loud can you get w your cell phone playing.My family and I felt in danger but we chose not to call the cops.The host were great and responded almost immediately to any questions or concerns we had.Thank you to Ms. Tiffany for putting us at ease w the neighbor situation and suggested calling the cops if we felt in danger.This house was located so close to walking trails and beach trails that the husband and i would get up early and go for a run and enjoy the scenic views then start our day.We spend a day in Florida, Alabama and Biloxi beaches… just perfect Thanks again
