Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please be sure to bring the umbrella for the patio table back inside and leave in the laundry room
Please clean the grille (if used during your stay)... failure to clean the grille will result in a $30 fee to cover the cost to have it cleaned for next guest
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
