We booked a two month stay but left the same day of arrival. Despite giving notice to host, and more than a 30 days notice that the 2nd month would not be used, host refused to cancel the reservation or provide any partial refund. Future renters should be aware of this hosts flexibility and also to look inside the coffee machine cleanliness.

Thank you for your feedback about inside the coffee machine. I will take care of that immediately. Unfortunately though, you never canceled your stay. (Proof is that you are able to review) I explained very clearly that although we have a strict cancellation policy, I would absolutely refund you if I got a new booking after you cancelled (so I could open my calendar) But you refused that and wanted a full refund threatening a lawsuit. Then you never cancelled, I’m so sorry you choose to not stay here in Philly about I tried to accommodate you as best as I could. But unfortunately you wanted me pay for your decision to cancel because you just wanted to be at home instead of travel.
