Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO smoking or vaping within the unit. $500 fee if violated. Smoking is allowed outside.
NO fireworks.
Quiet hours are 10pm-8am for the complex.

This was our first time staying at a place other than a hotel. It was small, but had everything you would need. I was thrilled to find out it had such a nice view of the lake. I hope to be back next year and if I am, I will rent this same place if available.

Great price and we actually loved the location: being able to sit out and look at the lake as we ate in the mornings/evenings, and close enough to shopping/restaurants/state parks for all the things we wanted to do. The condo is very "cozy" but my wife and I loved it. The only thing we found "missing" was a pizza cutter, but we'd definitely consider staying here again if in the area.

The condo itself was super cute but the stairs to get to it a little tough with bags. However, we want to book again simply for the lakefront bar and grill down below. Take a bunch of stairs down or drive around, we fell in love with the place.

Cozy and clean. With 4 of us nice for a weekend stay. Their are stairs to get down to the property, just FYI. Got clear check in instructions and directions to find the property. Didn't use kitchen much as didn't make any meals in the condo, but was a nice option to have it.Had a lot of extra touches like bathroom amenities for things you forgot which was nice.
