We are remodeling this property and will post new pictures when completed. This 3-bedroom walk out basement is located in the cool Hualapai Mountains on 3 acres and is perfect for your escape to relaxation. With 1 king 2 queen and 1 futon bed, guests will have a peaceful night's sleep. Amenities include a kitchenette, private patio with electric bbq, and wifi. MAX 4 adults. Non smoking home. Sorry NO pets. 4x4 may be needed in winter. Owners live on 2nd and 3rd levels of the home. Terraced dirt path leads you to the private basement entrance. There is an elevator if you need to use for your luggage on the main floor of the home. We have parking on the property for 2 vehicles and room for those who are pulling their ATV vehicles at the front of our property to park. Come experience the amazing and excellent quiet stay we have to offer here in our community of Pine Lake where there are only 120 homes at an elevation of 6700. We are 170 miles from the Grand Canyon, 75 miles from Lake Havasu, and 12 miles from Kingman AZ.
The Hualapai Mountain Resort is a half mile away and offers delicious food. The hiking trails are 1 mile away at Hualapai Mountain Park. Quad and ATV trails surround the area. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

We love the mountain life. Daily wildlife visits and 4 seasons make it a wonderful place to live.
