Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Guests must checkout by 11 AM; please send a message through the app.
o Strip bed linens and leave them on the floor. Please don’t remove the mattress cover.
